The New Gold Rush

The new gold rush has already begun. While this new rush for prosperity has nothing to do with people streaming through your doors (unless you are in certain favorable regions), take note, this is where the action is and going to be for next decade. Cities are being rebuilt, new ones are emerging. Employment opportunities are increasing in almost every area in these regions. Homes and families are blossoming, new roads are being paved, and shovels are hitting the soil. Investment and partnership opportunities are available for those who wish to participate. Thanks to American technology we have found a way to convert otherwise unusable land into very valuable real estate. It is called the American Shale Play. We have done it before and are in the process of doing it again. Here is road map to these “hot” areas. Also attached is a graph showing how one region of the country has been affected by this new re-investment of billions of dollars into exploration. Fayettville Arkansas- Benefactor of the new gold rush The employment force in Fayetteville Arkansas has increased from 214,649 ending in December 2011 to 222,357 June 20014.  Unemployment has fallen from 6.2% to 4.9%
