Staff Sgt. Jorge Solorzano Jr., 29, allegedly stole two military night vision goggles while he was employed at a U.S. Army Reserve Armory in Florida and pawning them for $1,000 – although the equipment’s worth is set at $7,000.
Solorzano was taken into custody at the beginning of the month and since has appeared in federal court. He was charged with theft of government property, court records show.
