Pawnbroker Josh Lebowich fills out a pawn purchase ticket on Monday at A-Gordon’s Jewelry & Loan in Sioux City. A change to the Sioux City ordinance relating to pawnbrokers and other dealers in precious metals or gems will require businesses to log information electronically into an online database beginning July 1.
