The purpose of the plan to build a large Rubik’s Cube themed plaza next to the hugely popular “Pawn Stars” Gold and Silver Pawn Shop is in hopes of monetary growth, as well as a better customer experience. Inspired by Tony Hsieh’s Container Park, Harrison’s plan can house 16 or so retail shops, and six restaurants. It will consist of 22 modular cubes, each one being 288 square feet in size.
The Cube is going to be built in order to give the customers, of the popular shop, to enjoy their experience while waiting in line by going next door for some shopping or a bite to eat.
“Now we intend to take it to the next level. We are currently working on a line system that will enable the fans to patronize Pawn Star Plaza without losing their position in line,” Harrison said.
