A SWAT team raided the Albion Gun Shop in Orleans County New York without an warrant on orders from the Narcotics Enforcement Unit. Under the state’s anti-gun law, this intrusion was completely legal. Both the shops owner, Joe Palumbo, and his customers are concerned about door-to-door confiscations.
