LITCHFIELD — A 25-year-old Kent man accused of pawning family heirlooms is being held on $7,500 bond following his arraignment in Bantam Superior Court.
Michael Slater Jr., 25, was found in possession of receipts for pawned items when police showed up at his home April 12 to sort out a disturbance.
