A Federal Judge recently demanded that Chicago develop an actionable plan to allow gun sales within city limits. Not all (or any) of the city council members seem on board. Michael Schaus of townhall.com gives his less than liberal opinion. His view that “Gun control in America has its roots in racism, Jim Crow, and oppression.” may not be a widely held view but he makes some good points.
