MINOT, N.D. (AP) — Minot police say they officers arrested two Minot men during a burglary in process at a downtown pawn shop.
Police say officers responded to the burglary at about 11 p.m. Monday. Police arrested 18-year-old James Skinner and 19-year-old Clayton Shubert at the scene.
